RE:MIND Mission Statement
RE:MIND exists to honor the history, resilience, and brilliance of African American minds while creating space for a new narrative around mental health and healing.
Our mission is to educate, empower, inspire, and normalize conversations about mental health through culturally grounded messaging that celebrates the work of Black therapists and the transformative power of therapy. We recognize the importance of approaches such as REBT, EMDR, and Brainspotting in helping individuals challenge limiting beliefs, process difficult experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
At RE:MIND, we are committed to challenging the stigma surrounding therapy and mental health, particularly within communities where seeking support has historically been misunderstood, overlooked, or stigmatized. We believe therapy is not a sign of weakness—it is a powerful act of self-awareness, growth, healing, and self-determination.
Through intentional, meaningful apparel, RE:MIND turns mental-health messages into wearable reminders of strength, healing, culture, and possibility. Our goal is to motivate people to start conversations, embrace therapy, challenge what holds them back, honor where they come from, and believe in where they are going.
We believe what we wear can communicate what we value. RE:MIND uses apparel as a form of positive expression, encouragement, education, and connection—making mental-health conversations visible, relatable, and empowering.
We are not just creating clothing. We are creating a movement that encourages people to reframe their thoughts, remember their roots, regulate their emotions, and rise beyond the narratives that no longer serve them.
RE:MIND — Reframe. Remember. Regulate. Rise.
